By placing an order through our Website you will be agreeing to the SHIPPING TERMS below. We have provided these conditions to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service. /rp
01. In General
Since 2001 to 2026, for 25 long years we were able to supply our customers with the best teas possible and on time. Since the Pandemic started in 2019 there have been some challenging times of getting our shipments of tea to Canada. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to wait restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund. /rp
02. Shipping Costs
Please note that Shipping Rates varies according to your location. Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items you have ordered. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. -rp
03. Return Policy – Please refer to our return policy on this website.
04 Delivery Terms:
04.1- Domestic Transit time for 2 – 7 days.
04.2- International Transit time 2 to 20 days.
04.3- Dispatch time – Our orders are usually dispatched within 24 to 48 (02 Business Days) hours upon receiving payment
04.4- Our Shipping Department operates on Monday to Friday standard Business Hours and will be closed on national holidays. We try to keep shipping delays to a minimum.
04.5- Change of Delivery Address- We are able to change the delivery address at any time before the order is shipped.
04.6- P.O. Box Shipping –We are unable to offer courier service to P.O. Box addresses. These orders will be shipped regular postal services.
05 – Out of Stock Items. – If and item in your order is out of stock, we will dispatch the rest of the order and will issue a refund for the out of stock item.
05.1- Delivery Time Exceeded – Please contact us and we will follow up and get back to you.
05.2- Tracking Notifications-All customers will receive a tracking link and will be able to follow the progress of their shipment.
05.3- Parcel Damaged In Transit -
If you find that your parcel it damaged please inform the delivery person and reject the parcel. You can contact our customer service naturescuptea@gmail.com
06- Duties and Taxes -
06.1- Sales Tax- GST or HST in Canada is added to applicable items and indicated on our website.
06.2- Import Duties & Taxes
You may incur Import duties and taxes at your destination. It is best to check with your local authorities prior to placing your order with www.naturescuptea.com
Should you refuse to pay duties and taxes at your destination country, the goods will be returned to us at your expense. The customer will receive a refund for the value of the goods, minus the cost of return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.
07. Cancellations – After placing an order if you change your mind, you can inform us as soon as possible. If we have already shipped the order please follow our refund policy.
08- Insurance – All parcels are insured for loss or damage up to the value stated by the carrier.
09 Process for Parcels Damaged or lost in transit.
As soon as the courier company has completed their investigation into the claim, we will process a refund or replacement.

11- Special "Pre-arranged Pick up" in Oakville – Ontario.
f) We have special pick up arrangements for our Oakville customers. All payments to be made in advance via Credit Card Interac E-transfer. No cash transactions will be accepted. Please call us in advance to make a "Special pick up" arrangement. T:1-905-337-0629.
g) To our Mississauga and Burlington customers too can arrange a pick up. – (Same as above).
