Refund policy

Non returnable for food safety reasons.

The tea, herbs and spices sold on our website is non-returnable because it is an ingestible product but if the item arrives damaged or defective, you may request a refund or replacement.

Please E-mail Nature’s Cup Tea directly at: info@naturescuptea.com and include your order number, description and the reason for the return.

Upon receipt, we would be glad to assist you in rectifying the matter. We will issue you a Reference Ticket Number for a return. If we have by some error, shipped the wrong goods to you, we will pay for the “Return Shipping” and re-ship the correct order. If you had placed a wrong order and want to change, then “Return Shipping” will be paid by you.

Refunds: Once refund claim is confirmed you will receive the choice of:

Refund to your payment method.
A refund in store credit will be issued to the same credit card that was used for the original purchase.
A replacement item sent to you if stocks are available.
